𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗮- Een bijzonder charmante wijn van "Azienda Agricola A Solatio"
Niet zomaar een Sangiovese, maar een elegante wijn zonder de soms wat "harde" smaak van deze druif.
De naam verwijst naar de selectie van de druiven: 100% Sangiovese, handgeplukt op zuid, zuidwestelijke gelegen hellingen op een hoogte van 200 meter.
De vinificatie vindt plaats op de schillen gedurende 20 dagen in RVS tanks. Daarna rijpt deze wijn 18 maanden in "barriques" en 48 maanden in de fles.
Bij een mooi stuk gegrild rood vlees zul je er maximaal van genieten. Voor een optimale smaakbeleving raden we aan om de fles een uurtje op voorhand te openen.
